My law firm specializes in advising and representing clients in all matters of employment law, in particular with binational and international reference. I am particularly interested in the legal affairs of “digital nomads ”, both in the area of residence law and in labour and social law. If you are unsure which law applies, who is obliged to pay social security contributions and to what extent, I will answer your individual questions in a professional and targeted manner.
I also represent and advise you in binational family law matters, such as divorce, custody, maintenance and contact matters.
